All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

3. Proof Required

Valid proof of the issue may be required before any replacement or refund is approved.

4. Restrictions

No refunds will be granted if the product has been altered, shared, or misused after delivery.

5. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent or unsupported.
